Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Thita’s practice is a way to reconnect with her body and mind through movement. Her classes blend mindful sequencing, dynamic flow, and grounded intention. They are designed to meet students where they are while gently challenging them to grow.

 

Expect breath-driven movement, creative transitions, and space to explore your own inner rhythm with a balance of philosophy and fun.

I teach across six Seattle studios, offering Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Flow, Yin, and Mat Pilates. Each class blends strength, softness, and presence not just in the body, but in how we show up in the world.
