Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Thita’s practice is a way to reconnect with her body and mind through movement. Her classes blend mindful sequencing, dynamic flow, and grounded intention. They are designed to meet students where they are while gently challenging them to grow.
Expect breath-driven movement, creative transitions, and space to explore your own inner rhythm with a balance of philosophy and fun.

I teach across seven Seattle studios, offering Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Flow, Yin, and Mat Pilates. Each class blends strength, softness, and presence not just in the body, but in how we show up in the world.

Mindful Movement (Vinyasa & Power Flow)
A dynamic class that blends structure, flow, and strength. Expect intentional sequencing, creative transitions, and moments of stillness to connect breath, body, and awareness.
Emotional Awareness (Slow Vinyasa & Yin Yoga)
A grounding practice that invites curiosity and reflection. Through slow, mindful movement and longer holds, you’ll learn to listen inward, soften tension, and cultivate emotional balance.
Core Intentions (Mat Pilates-Yoga Sculpt)
A strength-based class focused on deep core engagement and functional support for the whole body. Designed to improve stability, posture, and control, on and off the mat.
