Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Thita’s practice is a way to reconnect with her body and mind through movement. Her classes blend mindful sequencing, dynamic flow, and grounded intention. They are designed to meet students where they are while gently challenging them to grow.
With a background in art, UX design, and cross-cultural experience, she brings a thoughtful, imaginative, and inclusive lens to every class. Expect breath-driven movement, creative transitions, and space to explore your own inner rhythm with a balance of philosophy and fun.
